Four Points by Sheraton Melbourne Docklands is looking for a **Cluster Finance Officer** to join the team on a **Part-Time **basis.

**What you will do**
- Preparation of all payments, including all manual payments
- Entering of all outstanding invoices into the hotels accounting system
- Manage an effective filing system so items can be easily accessed by other members
- Monitoring and checking of all creditor statements
- Champions the use of technology to create operational efficiency
- Manage an effective filing system so items can be easily accessed by other members of the finance team and auditors
- Review, investigate and develop more efficient methods, procedures and processes
- Assist in other general accounting functions as needed
