Job Title: Revenue Cluster Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintains transient rooms inventory for a given cluster and optimizes revenue through effective management.
  • Ensures accurate and timely releases of group rooms back into general inventory, maintaining clean booking windows for customers.
  • Develops and recommends pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Oversees the inventory management system to verify appropriateness of agreed-upon selling strategies.

Requirements:

  • 2-year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; 2 years experience in revenue management, sales, and marketing, or related area.
  • OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; no work experience required.

Responsibilities Continued:

  • Analyzes and reports revenue management data by identifying current and potential problems and proposing solutions.
  • Generates and provides accurate and timely results in the form of reports, presentations, etc.
  • Observes, receives, and otherwise obtains information from all relevant sources.
  • Submits reports in a timely manner, ensuring delivery deadlines.
