Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of all payments, including manual payments, is a critical aspect of this role. The Cluster Finance Officer must ensure that all transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Accurate and efficient data entry into the hotel's accounting system is essential for maintaining financial records. This involves entering outstanding invoices and managing creditor statements effectively.
  • Effective filing systems enable easy access to relevant documents by the finance team and auditors. This ensures transparency and accountability within the organization.
  • The Cluster Finance Officer must maintain accurate creditor statements, which is crucial for maintaining positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Embracing technology can enhance operational efficiency by automating tasks, streamlining processes, and reducing errors.
  • Reviewing and developing more efficient methods, procedures, and processes enables continuous improvement and ensures the organization remains competitive.
