**The Role**

An exciting opportunity presents for a motivated, enthusiastic Essential Safety Measures (ESM) Administrator to join our team

Reporting to the Team Manager - ESM, you will primarily be responsible for supporting the delivery of annual fire safety certification services on ad-hoc and portfolio-scale ESM projects.

Specifically, this role will see you:

- Work with an amazing team of industry-leading professionals
- Deliver quality scheduling and administrative support activities for key projects in accordance with project key performance indicator (KPI) requirements.
- Within specified timeframes, liaise with external and internal stakeholders on the collation of suitable certification baseline documentation and the documentation necessary to support annual fire safety certification.
- Maintain a working knowledge of key ESM project scheduling requirements as well as Greencap policies and procedures. Actively contribute to and participate in a team environment
