Job Title: Essential Services Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Essential Services Specialist to join our team in Melbourne.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that statutory obligations are met with respect to ongoing safety, reliability, and maintenance of building Essential Safety Measures.

This includes examining maintenance documentation to determine performance & maintenance requirements, undertaking audits and preparing Annual Essential Safety Measures Reports, carrying out inspections and preparing reports, working within a small co-operative team environment, and interacting with clients and contractors in a professional manner.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience working across diverse projects, knowledge of legislative requirements governing Essential Services maintenance, and suitable knowledge of reading and understanding Fire Engineering Reports.

In addition, they will possess excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Examine maintenance documentation to determine performance & maintenance requirements.
  • Undertake audits and prepare Annual Essential Safety Measures Report.
  • Carry out inspections and prepare reports.
  • Work within a small co-operative team environment with exceptional communication skills.
  • Interact with clients and contractors in a professional manner.
