Job Overview

A Service Technician will work closely with experienced professionals to service and maintain Essential Safety Measures in line with Australian Standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect, test, maintain, and repair fire protection equipment, hose reels and hydrant valves, emergency lighting, signage and means of egress, and fire doors.
  • Accurately complete maintenance reports and document defects.
  • Assist with quoting repairs and equipment replacements.
  • Deliver outstanding customer support.
  • Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles.
  • Adhere to safety standards and policies.
  • Attend and complete required training sessions.
Requirements
  • A valid driver's licence.
  • Working with Children Check (optional).
  • Year 12 completion or equivalent.
