About the Role
As a key contributor to our team, you will be responsible for driving our product forward. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to enhance our feature set and deliver value to our customers.
Your primary focus will be on our shipping domain, where you will ingest sales orders, create carrier quotes, book carrier labels, and support a merchant portal to view and manage orders. You will also collaborate with our billing domain to ingest and aggregate charges, create invoices, settle payments, and build features for a modern billing platform.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality software, gathering requirements, seeking feedback, and launching solutions that have a meaningful impact. You will be part of a small, impactful team and have the opportunity to take on responsibility and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver high-quality software
Gather requirements and seek feedback
L Launch solutions with a meaningful impact
Collaborate with fellow engineers, product team members, customer success, and operations staff
Maintain a scale-up mindset and ship incremental value
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong understanding of software development principles and practices
Experience with TypeScript, Node, React, Postgres, and GraphQL
Familiarity with Event Sourcing and Functional Programming paradigms
Proficiency in Pulumi for IaC and Google Cloud Platform
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
