Head of Marketing

**Who we are looking for**

If you can really own Marketing then we want you... but... this is not a simple desk-based role; this is a chance to make your mark, own and set-up the Marketing organisation you have always dreamt, both in Australia and globally. Reporting into the Head of Sales, come join our team at FrankieOne as Head of Marketing. You will drive and run Marketing as an individual contributor, which will involve attracting new clients, building out our brand, developing our Marketing plan across our channels, and building out the Marketing function. This is a crucial addition to the commercial team at FrankieOne where you will materially shape the future of a game-changing category creator.

Our team continues to build enterprise-grade SaaS solutions that create huge value for our customers. Our product has created its own momentum and we have already signed three of the top four banks, leading fintechs & some of the worlds largest Cryptos We are kicking huge goals in the enterprise market and making a massive impact in the financial services sector.

**You have**
- 5+ years of experience as a hands-on leader who has been successful leading a marketing function as an IC within B2B SaaS.
- Marketing Operations experience, covering the full campaign delivery lifecycle from design, build, test through to deployment, including change management
- Exceptional attention to detail, with experience presenting complex solutions to a C-Level audience
- Built high quality sales enablement material.

**You will**
- Develop the strategy to expand and penetrate target markets and accelerate growth with a compelling value proposition into Crypto/FinTech/Financial Services.
- Drive brand and communications strategies in order to create a compelling narrative and drive brand awareness and affinity amongst the target audience
- Achieve strong-positive ROI marketing outcomes at scale through an innate understanding of our growth drivers
- Oversee and support the creation and delivery of creative, compelling and successful campaigns and initiatives
