**The opportunity**

Coregas has an exciting full-time opportunity for a **Key Accounts Lead **to join our team based in **Yennora **.

This role will report into the Business Services Projects & Support Manager with the responsibility of being a key contact point for all senior level and major customer groups.

As the Key Accounts Lead, you will be responsible for:

- Arranging and Managing Key Customer account set up and working in alignment with IT on system capabilities.
- Conducting review of key Customer orders, investigating processing errors on deliveries and returns, interface to maintain cylinder holding accuracy.
- Working closely with the sales team to handle all account coordination.
- Set-up the customer portal and follow-up on queries for key customers.
- Take accountability for key results areas, achieves results and continuously seek to improve standards.
- Handling all queries including on order processing, delivery schedules and invoicing details.
- Building a bond within the business service team to share ideas and feedback to improve overall services.

**What we need from you**

You will be a great fit for our team if you are:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Customer Service.
- Tertiary or TAFE qualifications in marketing or customer relations.
- Graduate in science, marketing, economics, or related courses would be preferable.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Previous ERP and Navision Dynamics experience would be preferable.
- Intermediate to advanced analytical experience.
