Your enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer experiences, championing digital innovation, and fostering continuous improvement will be key to success.We are open to both full-time and part-time applications (3-5 days).
With a strong preference to join our Sydney team, we will also consider applications for Melbourne.This role is NOT a Business or Data Analyst opportunity.What You Will DoPlay a key role in the implementation of, and updates to, business systems with a user focused approach to managing business change.Create and curate learning content (such as videos, resource guides and eLearning modules) and design and deliver training workshops and one-on-one coaching in online, face-to-face or blended environments.Consult across the business to understand our context, people and needs.Search for new opportunities, tools, and methods to drive innovation.Support broader L&D initiatives and systems administration e.g. SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Learning, Go1.Who You ArePassionate IT or L&D professional with strong digital capability and previous experience delivering technology focused content.Proficient with MS365 technologies and their applications in a professional setting.
