**About the role**

We're recruiting a Talent Acquisition Leader to take responsibility for designing the practice's talent strategy, leading the internal Talent Acquisition team and managing external talent suppliers (i.e., recruiting and executive search firms).

The role will work collaboratively with the practice to design, develop and implement strategies that will attract, engage, and secure high quality employees and will support a high-performance culture.

This position provides strategic recruitment advice, improve/evolve talent attraction practices, lead senior recruitment campaigns together with identified recruiting manager and will provide relevant data and trend analysis to support effective and efficient hiring decisions and continuous improvements to talent management approaches.

**About you**
- A relevant tertiary qualification (in HR, Business or similar)
- Exceptional communication, influencing and time management skills.
- A passion for building strong relationships at all levels and to manage and influence stakeholders.
- An ability to advise, mentor and manage people.
- A commitment to professionalism and maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
