Due to exciting growth, our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead on a permanent part-time basis (4 days per week). With a hybrid arrangement on offer, this business values family and ensures work-life balance.

**About the opportunity**:
The Talent Acquisition Lead will be part of our People Experience team and be responsible for the following:

- Developing the sourcing strategy required to fill vacant roles successfully
- End-to-end recruitment, including post advertisements using the eRecruit system, coordinating and participating in the interview panel, progress reference, and visa checks to a satisfactory outcome, and managing the offer process through to onboarding
- Collating recruitment-related data that provides insights and informs decision-making around sourcing and recruitment strategies
- Providing support to all recruitment related Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives

**We are looking for someone with the following**:

- A tertiary qualification in a Business-related discipline, Human Resources, or an equivalent level of experience
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Sound initiative and learning orientation, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and the ability to exercise judgment
