About Talent Acquisition

Our organisation is seeking an experienced professional to lead the design and coordination of talent acquisition activities, supporting high-quality hiring decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, ensuring they understand our business needs and introduce suitable candidates.
  • Deliver regular reporting on recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance data quality.
  • Support the implementation of initiatives from our talent acquisition strategy and work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Review the effectiveness of our recruitment tools and channels, making adjustments to ensure we attract and acquire top talent.
  • Contribute to the development, review, and maintenance of recruitment policies and procedures.

In this role, you will collaborate with the Business Leaders, People & Culture team, and colleagues across the organisation to design and deliver successful acquisition activities, programs, education, and initiatives.

Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a proven track record of identifying and successfully recruiting best-fit candidates.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
