My client is an established leader in fleet vehicle management who is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join their team

**About you**

To be successful in this role, it is a requirement to be able to work in a team environment, have well developed relationship building skills as well as fantastic verbal and written communication skills.

With strong focus on cost control and reliability whilst providing excellent customer service

**You will be responsible for**:

- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Key account Maintenance programs
- Establish and audit local supplier network to support the branch operations
- Assisting customers with breakdowns, replacement cars and general enquiries
- Review additional work requests against issued maintenance authorisation
- Ensure all issued work authorities are effectively cost controlled in line with processes and procedures
- Provide client advice and assistance on maintenance related issues
- Reconciliation of issued work authorities
- Provide expertise for commercial vehicles

**About you**
- A proven ability to be adaptable to changing priorities
- Time management skills including the ability to plan and reschedule in accordance with changes in priorities
- Experience in a customer service role and/or negotiating with suppliers
- Knowledge of fleet management products, services, systems, and processes
- **Trades/ mechanical exposure highly regarded**
