As our team is continuing to grow in Underwood, QLD, we are seeking an experienced Business Services Manager to join our team and help drive our business forward.

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Services Manager to oversee and manage the administrative, financial, and operational functions of our organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in administration, finance, and personnel management. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business, providing high-level support to senior management, and leading the development of policies and procedures that will shape the future of our company.

**Key responsibilities and duties**:

- Oversee all activities involved in running and administering the business.
- Create and implement strategies for day-to-day operational activities.
- Manage finances, and resources, ensuring efficient business operations.
- Provide high-level administrative, strategic planning, and operational support.
- Advise on financial matters, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement policies, rules, and guidelines for the organization.
- Prepare reports and submissions on the company's resources and operations.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and effective financial controls.
- Lead and build the capability of the Administration and Finance departments.
- Drive continuous quality improvement across all business operations.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional accounting and management experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in financial software including MYOB is highly desirable and Microsoft Office Suites, particularly Excel.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $115,000.00 per year
