Crm Marketing Manager

In this pivotal role, you'll develop and execute the global omnichannel CRM strategy to drive client engagement and business results.
You'll combine strategic client journey design with rigorous testing to ensure all communications are on-brand and performance-optimized throughout the client lifecycle.As the CRM Marketing Manager - Strategy , your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Develop and manage the global CRM communications strategy and roadmap across all channels (email, SMS, mini program, outreach, and future channels)Own and develop the global CRM communications segmentation strategy and frameworks, defining how different client segments receive personalized messaging based on lifecycle, preferences, behaviors, and engagement patternsDesign and build personalized global client journey flows based on lifecycle stages, loyalty segments, web browsing behaviour, and preferencesDesign and execute comprehensive testing strategies across all CRM touchpoints (A/B tests, multivariate tests, holdout control groups) with systematic testing calendars and measurement frameworksDefine comprehensive CRM measurement strategies, establishing KPIs, benchmarks, and success criteria for all communications programsPartner with Business Intelligence to leverage advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and data insights for strategic decision-making and segmentation optimizationCollaborate with the CRM Projects team on technical requirements to execute the strategy effectivelyCollaborate closely with the CRM Marketing Manager - Newsletter to ensure a holistic client communications strategy and optimised results and efficiencyLead vendor relationships and agency partnershipsManage budget for CRM initiatives, tracking ROI, revenue, and spend against targetsWork with the CRM Marketing Manager – Newsletter, on market-specific adaptations of content, and translationsWhat you will bring to the role:7+ years of experience in CRM marketing, client strategy, or similar roleBachelor's degree in marketing or business-related qualificationProven experience establishing comprehensive measurement frameworks and KPIs for complex marketing programsExpert in testing methodologies, statistical analysis, and performance measurement with proven success implementing "test and learn" approachesExperience with advanced analytics tools and reporting platformsExpert in client journey mapping, segmentation strategy, and behavioral analysisWhy work with us?
