ZIMMERMANN has an exciting career opportunity for a CRM Marketing Manager to join our high performing Marketing Department. The CRM Marketing Manager will develop and manage the global lifecycle and automations strategy, calendar and roadmap to drive client engagement and business results.

As the CRM Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Design personalized global client journey flows based on lifecycle stages, loyalty segments, and preferences
  • Work with Retail and Client Services to strategize and execute 1:1 outreach programs to maximize client retention and loyalty
  • Develop strategic web behavior-triggered communications that respond to browsing patterns while maintaining brand standards
  • Lead testing initiatives with control groups to optimize campaign effectiveness and enhance personalization
  • Lead creative briefing process for lifecycle communications and develop content personalization strategies specific to lifecycle stages
  • Establish omnichannel program KPIs focused on lifetime value, retention, and loyalty engagement
  • Partner with Business Intelligence to leverage data insights for decision-making
  • Work closely with the CRM Marketing Manager - Newsletter for integrated communications
  • Foster cross-functional relationships to deliver cohesive omnichannel client experiences
  • Lead vendor relationships and agency partnerships
  • Manage budget for lifecycle initiatives, tracking ROI, revenue, and spend against targets

What you will bring to the role:

  • 7+ years of experience in CRM marketing or similar role and 3+ years of experience managing a team
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business-related qualification
  • Effective copywriting skills with ability to craft clear, compelling messages for automated journeys
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and behavior-triggered communications
  • Experience designing and optimizing marketing automation workflows and triggered campaigns
  • Expertise in developing personalized client journeys based on lifecycle stages and user behaviors
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to optimize campaigns based on behavioral data
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder communication abilities
