Your new role:We are seeking a dedicated Switchboard Services Coordinator to help maintain critical telecommunications systems, support staff, and ensure efficient service delivery.
Your core responsibilities will include: Maintaining and updating the Omni Vista Electronic Directory System, including speed dial creations and number diversions.
Compiling and distributing routine and ad hoc reports and communications to internal and external stakeholders.
Troubleshooting and escalating telecommunications issues, while keeping stakeholders informed and identifying trends for improvement.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate: Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and quality in all tasks.
Experience or aptitude in PBX programming, directory systems, and telecommunication technologies.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to train and support team members effectively.
