Your new company is a proudly Australian-owned business with a legacy spanning over 3 decades in the manufacturing space. They have established a reputation for excellence within their field, servicing a large array of Tier 2 clientele across the mining, engineering, construction and Oil & Gas space. With an approach of helping the little guy, they don't shy away from servicing organisations of all sizes, ranging from multinational companies to family-owned businesses.

**Your new role**

In your new role as an Internal Sales Administrator, you will be tasked with ensuring seamless operation of back end sales processes.

Your roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Monitoring customer delivery schedules
- Accurately raising purchase orders
- Liaising with suppliers on a daily basis and monitoring supplier delivery schedules.
- Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitoring stock levels.
- Generating bills of materials and running production orders in SAP.
- Generating Customer Sales Orders and Invoices using SAP.
- Arranging customer deliveries.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proficiency in SAP
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong sense of urgency
- High attention to detail
- Ability to resolve issues independently
- Flexibility in adapting to changing delivery schedules
