**Polyaire Pty Ltd** is an international manufacturer of quality Air-conditioning Products supplying, insulated flexible ducting, air grilles, and fittings. Established in 1973, our headquarters are located in South Australia, with 25 branches across Australia.

Our Wangara branch has a new casual position available, offering full time hours and an immediate start. We are looking for a dedicated and reliable team member to join us in the role of internal counter sales and sales administration. This position will suit a self-motivated, 'hands on" individual who enjoys performing a variety of duties and tasks and working as a key member of the team.

**Your daily activities will involve**:

- Internal sales procedures and counter service to our valued customers and trades
- Answering and processing of telephone enquiries and orders
- Administration procedures to support sales processing including processing customer sales orders and credit returns
- Coordination of daily deliveries
- Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure orders supplied are correct and dispatched on time.

**To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate the following**:

- Excellent ability to multitask whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong communications skills both written and verbal.
- Can do attitude.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience with MS Office Applications.
- A passion and ability to deliver outstanding customer service and build great relationships.

You don't need to have air-conditioning industry experience, but some sales experience would be great. What really matters is that you'll know what it means to help people and build relationships.
