Chic rooms and suites embrace the iconic attractions just steps away, while the award-winning restaurant and street front bar are destinations unto themselves.About the role:Reporting to the Front Desk Manager, this pivotal role is responsible for leading the daily operations of the Telecommunications Department, ensuring each guest interaction reflects the intuitive, warm, and seamless service that defines Four Seasons Hotel Sydney.
What you will do:Oversee the daily operation of the Telecommunications departmentLeading, coaching, motivating and developing our onsite telecommunications team Enhancing and maintaining our high service quality and standardsMaintaining Global standards in communications related areas including FS ChatWorking closely with other departments on a day to day basis including Reservations and Front DeskWhat you will bring:A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within reservations or front office in a large international hotelSound understanding of Rooms DivisionStrong written and verbal communication skillsOpera experience essentialThe ability to inspire the team with a hands on approach and leading by exampleThe ability to work weekends and evenings as the department operates 7 days a week What we offer:Competitive Salary, wages, and a comprehensive benefits packageExcellent Training and Development opportunitiesComplimentary Accommodation at other Four Seasons Hotels and ResortsComplimentary Dry Cleaning for Employee UniformsComplimentary Employee MealsIf you think you are a fit for this role, we look forward to receiving your application
