At Munro Footwear Group (MFG) we are looking for a **Talent Acquisition Specialist**to join our team for a **15 month Parental Leave contract.**

**More about the role**
- Providing end-to-end recruitment assistance and support
- Understanding the ongoing hiring needs of the business and establishing the right sourcing mix to generate a strong pool of talent for open and upcoming roles
- Complete pre-employment checks including reference checks, Police checks and confirmation of working rights
- Act as a point of contact for recruitment-related enquiries and managing vacancy requests
- Liaise and build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to assess ongoing recruitment requirements
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the recruitment function

**About you**
- Minimum of 1-2 years relevant recruitment experience within a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong aptitude to influence, and motivate others to achieve positive outcomes
- Excellent prioritisation and ability to manage a high-volume workload
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to consult, negotiate and influence with MFG stakeholders
- Professional approach when dealing with sensitive and confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
