**What you'll do**:

- Coordinate the development and modifications of the corporate strategy through collaboration and facilitation of strategy development and review processes.
- Ensure delivery of the corporate strategy through development and management of appropriate tracking and measurement activities and processes.
- Coordinate the business planning function across all business portfolios to ensure alignment with strategic direction and priorities as well as the budgeting process.
- Establish and manage an effective mechanism to monitor changes in external landscape that create risks or opportunities for the direction or delivery of the corporate strategy.
- Develop strategic relationships and engage with key internal and external stakeholders to advance the interests of the business and its strategic direction.

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Economics or similar discipline or equivalent workplace experience
- Understanding of corporate strategy and planning methodologies, frameworks and processes
- Knowledge of Water sector, other utility, or government planning.
- Established experience in delivering and implementing strategic and/or business planning. outcomes successfully with demonstrable improvements.
- Experience with working with people of all levels within an organisation.
- Experience in extracting insight from a range of sources and turning it into tangible actions.
- Current NSW Drivers Licence
