Key Responsibilities: Build meaningful connections with youth through mentorship and guidance.
Develop and implement engaging programs that foster personal growth.

About You: Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential Care), or equivalent, or working towards.
Hold current or willingness to obtain relevant regulatory requirements (as per role and/or State).
Passionate about human rights and creating positive change.
Empathetic and compassionate, with a keen understanding of diverse experiences.
Excellent communication skills to be the voice that resonates with others.
Enthusiastic team player, eager to collaborate and inspire.
Availability for a 24/7 rotating roster including weekends & sleepover shifts.
