About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

- A Certificate III in Childhood Studies or equivalent qualification

- Experience working with children and young people in a support capacity

">

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

">

- Ability to work as part of a team and provide support to colleagues when needed

Key Responsibilities

- Provide support to the program manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality programs and services

">

- Develop and implement strategies to engage with clients and promote their involvement in our programs

- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to increase commitment to our organization
