If you enjoy combining traditional finance work with operational oversight — and love a spreadsheet as much as a clean ledger — this could be your perfect fit.You'll report directly to the Financial Controller and work closely with departments like Fleet, Operations and HR to keep the business running smoothly.What's on your plate:End-to-end payroll processing (KeyPay experience a big plus)PAYG, FBT, super and monthly/quarterly commissions reportingReconciliations: bank, payroll, vehicle disposals, Stripe and moreRaise purchase orders, process invoices, manage settlements and assist with budgetingHelp with audit support and compliance tasks across procurementLiaise with fleet, finance and insurance teams on sales, regos, total loss reporting and asset trackingCoordinate payroll onboarding and train staff on rostering where neededTrack and maintain key fleet and payroll data (think VINs, regos, expiry dates, company ownership)What you'll get:Full-time role with plenty of ownership across finance and payrollBased near Mascot — easily accessible by public transportBe part of a rapidly growing business with real career progression opportunitiesWork closely with a hands-on Financial Controller and collaborative leadership teamOpportunity to help improve systems, processes and reporting accuracy across multiple areasMix of operational and technical work — it's never boringWhat we're looking for:1–3 years' experience in a finance or payroll positionBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferredFamiliarity with KeyPay, Stripe, and accounting systems a bonusStrong attention to detail, time management and communication skillsAbility to spot issues, solve problems, and make processes betterComfortable working across finance, fleet and operational teamsThis is the ideal opportunity for someone looking to broaden their finance skills, take ownership of core processes, and be part of a fast-moving, supportive environment.For more information, please apply ASAP.Edward Mann Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
