We are looking for someone to join this fantastic team on a part time basis, 4 days a week.
**What will you be doing?**
This role supports the client service team in delivering client reports and databases on time, accurately and as per client contract. This will include the following job responsibilities;
- Be accountable for the quality of client deliverables (Excel based/online databases and reporting)
- Be responsible for the updating and building of reports (Excel based/online)
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding new requirements or changes to existing deliverables
- Supporting internal teams in maintaining relations with clients, preparing quotes by providing effort required, time estimates or assessing feasibility of requirements
- Provide troubleshooting system support to the client. E.g. investigating atypical or questionable trends seen in client's databases/reports (historical trends, data attributes, time/measure/produce /market dimensions etc.)
- Accurately assess client's reporting and database requirements
- Manages own priorities, keeps own calendar updated and works with the Client Service manager to ensure workload commitments and deadlines are met
- Ensures all time spent on client is captured in the WIP/CRM/Companion
**What we are looking for**
- Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, statistics or similar
- Previous experience working as an analyst in any sector (FMCG desirable)
- Advanced MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- High attention to detail
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to simplify complex data for the relevant audience
