
Technical Customer Support

From the smallest warehouse to the largest multi-site distribution center, Microlistics has a tailored solution to meet our customer's needs. And this key role places you on the front line when it comes to supporting our global customers in the navigation of our tools in automation.
**Essential Skills**:
- 2-4 years' strong customer service experience in a software or technical environment
- Ability to write SQL queries and generate reports (Crystal Reports/SQL Report Writer)
- Demonstrated experience working with Oracle
- Intermediate Linux (preferably Red Hat) experience or understanding
**Highly Regarded**:
- Zendesk and/or Jira experience
- Experience with manufacturing and logistics organisation as customers
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Oracle
- Ability to build a complete Red Hat server from scratch
- Software development experience
