We are looking for an efficient, quick learning admin assistant for a part time position in our agency in Nundah. Previous knowledge of PropertyMe or other real estate software highly regarded.

This is a great opportunity to work with at team that is managing a portfolio of approx. 60units in a modern apartment building on the north side of Brisbane. This position is to assist with property management activities and leasing. You will maintain a high level of professional services and facilities management. This modern and tidy building is at the heart of one of Brisbane's most convenient locations.

Qualifications & experience
- Good interpersonal skills
- High level of attention to detail and be able to manage multiple jobs
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Outstanding telephone manner and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Competent computing skills

Previous experience will be highly regarded as would experience in similar role or hospitality skills.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 12 - 24 per week

**Salary**: $21.38 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Flexible hours

- Nundah, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
