As a full-time Service Technician , you'll be part of a company known for innovation, clinical excellence, and premium service.We're looking for a motivated and hands-on technician to join our field service team in NSW.
You'll work closely with customers across metro and regional NSW to install, maintain, and repair advanced dental equipment—making a real difference in the healthcare industry every day.What You'll DoAs a key member of our technical service team, you'll :Install, calibrate, maintain, and repair a wide range of dental equipment on-site and in-houseDeliver high-quality customer service and technical support to both internal teams and external clientsCollaborate with sales teams and promote service offerings such as preventive maintenanceAccurately manage service reporting, inventory, and invoicing via our CRM and PDA systemMaintain company-supplied tools, vehicle, and equipment to professional standardsContribute to a safe work environment by following OHS procedures and proactively reporting risksTravel regularly throughout Sydney Metro and Regional NSW (with overnight travel as required)About YouYou'll thrive in this role if you are proactive, personable, and enjoy working autonomously in the field.
