As a Service Technician at Len Wallis Audio, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and repair services for a wide range of high-end audio equipment. This is a casual role based in our Lane Cove, NSW location, offering the flexibility to work around your schedule.

What you'll be doing

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with audio equipment such as amplifiers, speakers, and other components
• Perform repairs, maintenance, and calibrations on a variety of audio gear
• Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on the care and operation of their audio systems
• Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless experience for our clients
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve your skills

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a service technician or in a similar role within the audio/electronics industry
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to diagnose and repair a variety of audio equipment
• Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Flexibility to work a casual schedule as needed
