Service Technician Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance on machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Install and commission new equipment according to customer specifications.
  • Conduct thorough machine audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Carry out repairs and modifications as needed.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in electrical troubleshooting and repair (Low voltage 24vdc).
  • Familiarity with the food industry and packaging processing equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with methodical approach to technical issues.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, manuals & drawings.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and various software applications.
  • Customer-focused with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
