**The Opportunity**:
Reporting to the HRBP Squad Lead (Manufacturing & Operations), as the **HRBP Agile Manager**, you will build trusted relationships with business leaders for their respective customer group within the region This will ensure the creation of an HR Operational Plan that outlines the main priorities to focus to achieve business results whilst aligning with CSL's One HR goals. As a member of a client aligned Squad, you will bring forward people solutions and achieve the daily management people programmes that propel outcomes and contribute an exceptional employee experience. You will create and maintain an engaging work environment within the Squad and role models as an HR ambassador by defining and communicating a compelling and values-based work culture amongst its client group.

Job Role that you will report to: HRBP Squad Lead (Manufacturing & Operations)
**The Role**:
You will lead the development of the HR operational plan and its delivery for the assigned client group with the Strategic HRBP guidance. You will influences and build relationships with senior team and people managers to strengthen HR's position as a trusted advisor to the business on core topics such as: Talent & Development, Industrial Relations, Change Management, Organizational Design, Strategic Workforce Planning, Diversity Equity & Inclusion. Also, in this role you will guide the implementation of corporate policy and practices related to HR, support organisation and employee development, and resolve complex employee/team management challenges. As part of this you will participate in the deployment of global change management projects for HR and Business excellence
**Your Skills and Experience**:
- BA/BS degree, in Human Resources Management, Business, related field required.
- Language: English business proficiency (writing, speaking). Additional language from the relevant region an advantage.
- Versed in agile organization or ways of working
- 5+ years HR Management experience in Human Resources Business Partnering or HR Generalist roles.
- Experience working in a global company in a matrix reporting environment
This is a hybrid role, which requires some onsite work. #LI-Hybrid
