**The Role & Opportunity**

Your HR Generalist experience will deliver:

- Complete workforce planning activities in conjunction with line managers and work toward a forward-looking, proactive recruitment process
- Participation in recruitment process across teams to ensure talent suited to each role is hired and supports the company's culture and rostering objectives across all divisions of the business
- Execute and support learning and development programs for the team to continuously build capability and knowledge
- Support the implementation of the reward and recognition program
- Manage employment relations matters
- Refresh policies aligned to legislative updates and or/EVP positioning
- Design and review processes across the employee lifecycle
- Engagement of the Leadership team for delivery of key HR projects
- Provide accurate and timely people metrics and reporting
- Track and monitor competency framework
- Be the human voice and provide perspective to HR initiatives by driving the change and communications agenda in a time of fast growth.

**Success Looks Like This**
- Experience as an HRBP preferably in a fast-growing retail business
- Great capability to multi-task in a variety of diverse employee related situations
- Technology and compliance is your thing
- People centric - you love people
- Display great attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-regulated with a considered and professional approach
- Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources Management or working towards is desirable
