D365 Ce Support Consultant

As a Dynamics 365 CE Support Consultant, you will be in charge of your own career and personal development with the support of our organization, working side by side with the customers, making a difference. Just in a few weeks' time you will be ready with relevant support process and customer introductions to step into the exciting world of business consultancy supported by the newest Microsoft solutions.

**You will...**
- Provide end-to-end support for Dynamics 365 CE Apps, including configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance and support.
- Provide prompt and professional 1st and 2nd Level Support to the HSO Customers base according to SLA And Support Contracts
- Responsible to log incident calls using the HSO Call Logging system
- Ensure all support calls are effectively managed with minimum disruption to the client
- Support issues are responded to and resolved to plan and/or within agreed timescales.
- 'Own' and take responsibility for the Service Delivery to a number of 'key accounts'
- Provide regular feedback to customers regarding the progress of support call status
- Test own allocated D365 CE developments/fixes before delivering to customers
- Work as part of a team
- Engage in cross team knowledge transfer to ensure best use of staff resources

**Requirements**:

**You have...**:
Years of relevant support and consultancy employment, an University degree preferably Management, Computer Science, Information Science or a comparable education; You have affinity with technology and you possess strong analytical skills, we are interested in you
- University degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Science or a comparable education;
- At least 3 years to 6 years of CE consulting experience - Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or earlier versions of Dynamics CRM preferably
- Experience of at supporting atleast 2 years of an end-to-end CE implementation
- Exposure to AEC or Legal industries, preferable
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
