**Global Hospitality Solutions Pty Ltd**are seeking an experienced and skilled Housekeeping Trainer to join our team As a Housekeeping Trainer, you will be responsible for training and developing housekeeping staff across multiple properties to ensure exceptional cleanliness, guest satisfaction and brand standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for housekeeping staff
- Conduct training sessions, workshops and coaching to enhance staff knowledge and skills
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, providing feedback and support for improvement
- Collaborate with property leadership to identify targeted programs
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies and procedures
- Foster a culture of excellence, quality and customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience as Housekeeping Supervisor, and are interested in providing housekeeping training to all housekeeping staff
- Proven training and development experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to travel to multiple properties
