About the Role:

  • Supervise housekeeping staff and conduct spot checks to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
  • Servicing of Hotel Rooms and Serviced Apartments, providing guests with an unforgettable experience away from home.
  • Maintain equipment and Safe Work practices, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Deliver training to new employees, empowering them to excel in their roles.
  • Lead and manage a group of new employees, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
