Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a Housekeeping Professional to join our team. This pivotal role is based in Sydney, with opportunities for Permanent Part-Time positions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive housekeeping training programs for staff, ensuring compliance with hotel standards and procedures.

  • Conducting regular training sessions on cleaning techniques, equipment use, guest service, and safety protocols.
  • Evaluating staff performance and providing ongoing feedback to improve productivity and quality of work to Housekeeping Manager/Site Supervisor and HR.
  • Collaborating with the Housekeeping and HR to identify training needs.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, cleaning technologies, and best practices to enhance training programs.
  • Ensuring that all staff adhere to the hotel's policies regarding cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
  • Promoting a positive and professional work environment that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Housekeeping Trainer in a 5-star hotel environment.
  • A strong understanding of housekeeping operations, cleaning standards, and guest service excellence.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to motivate and inspire staff to perform at their best.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple hotel locations in Sydney.
