- The company has been around for over 40 years and is one of Australia's leading water treatment companies with the latest in technology.

**This role has variety with both HR and Payroll tasks including**:

- You will manage the end-to-end process of the fortnightly and monthly payroll function for 250+ employees through MicrOPay
- Prepare compliance lodgments for STP, payroll tax, superannuation & Work Cover
- You will be the first point of contact for any Payroll or HR enquiries
- You will manage HR administration tasks and provide support
- Employee engagement including communications via intranet, managing awards, social gatherings, and celebrations
- Manage day-to-day operations including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance, learning and development
- Assisting with formulating and implementing departmental and organisational processes, procedures, and policies

**What you can bring to this role**:

- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of HR policies, practices, and legislation
- Excellent communication and organisational skills along with a high level of initiative
- Your continuous improvement mindset
- Knowledge of MicrOpay would be great but not essential
