A great opportunity exists for a dynamic, energetic and highly motivated individual to join the Pacific team as Payroll & HR Officer.

This newly created position will support the HR operations for the Pacific region.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Administration, delivery, and coordination of all payroll responsibilities across the Pacific business.
- Administer leave system, workcover claims, long service award, training coordination.
- Support local teams and individuals on all HR operations related issues, working closely with the local global services team.
- Ensure compliance with global-regional-country HR policies during day-to-day activities.
- Support on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
- Maintain employees' personal files.

**Background & Skills**:

- 3+ years' experience in a similar role with end-to-end payroll experience.
- Basic accounting skills in particular reconciliation skills
- Sound knowledge of modern awards and employment contracts.
- Experience with ADP Payroll system and reporting essential
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Organised and self-managed with the ability to work autonomously and to deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel; and
- Initiative, positive demeanour and collaborative approach
