Based in Melbourne's West, our client is seeking a dynamic Payroll and HR Officer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong end-to-end payroll experience and exposure in a broader HR environment.

The role offers a variety of tasks including processing payroll for 300+ employees, payment of superannuation and tax, interpretation of various EBA and awards, and providing support to the Human Resources Manager completing various HR functions.

You will work alongside a like-minded team who are passionate about delivering exceptional results. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, providing excellent customer service, and meeting reporting deadlines.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong payroll experience with knowledge of EBA and awards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of human resources principles and practices
