**Position Overview**:
Salamah College is seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The Recruitment Consultant will play a pivotal role in attracting and selecting top-tier talent to join our faculty and staff. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our school community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the HR Manager to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and expectations of each role.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and negotiating employment terms.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in Human Resources or as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
