You will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of our construction projects through the effective administration of contracts, procurement, cost control and stakeholder coordination.Working closely with the Project Manager and site team, you'll help ensure financial, contractual and compliance elements of the project run smoothly, from early procurement through to final delivery.What You'll DoYou'll be responsible for managing key contract and commercial functions throughout the project lifecycle, including:Preparing and maintaining procurement programs and purchasing schedulesAdministering head and subcontractor agreements, including payment claims and variationsManaging project cash flow and ensuring the project remains financially soundMonitoring and reporting on project costs, risks and opportunitiesEnsuring compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirementsAttending site meetings and managing documentation such as drawings and revisionsCollaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive performance and outcomesWhat You'll BringYou are commercially savvy, detail-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment.
You'll also bring:5+ years' experience in contract administration or project management rolesSolid understanding of head contracts, subcontractor agreements and cost control processesProficiency in contract administration software — Jobpac experience highly regardedExcellent organisational and time management skillsStrong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teamsA proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and risk managementWhy Join Mettle?
