Bellwether provide Project Management and support services to private and government client's right across Australia and beyond. Our people come from major infrastructure backgrounds and bring with them hands-on experience in the planning and delivery of some of Australia's biggest and iconic civil infrastructure projects.

We're after a Contracts Administrator and a Contracts Manager for a major road project in Regional NSW. The ideal candidates will have comprehensive experience across the full lifecycle of complex, high-value public infrastructure projects for government. DRFA project experience will be highly regarded.

Contract durations are up to 4 years, relocation assistance provided if required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tender preparation, bid evaluation, risk analysis, and contract negotiations Maintain the integrity of contract information and coordinate the contract administration process
  • Provide expert advice on contractual conditions, budget and cost control
  • Prepare and submit all commercial notices and claims in a timely manner
  • Assist contract managers in preparing all monthly cost reports and project reports.
  • Establish and maintain appropriate client, stakeholder, and supplier relationships
