This Federal Government Agency is actively seeking an APS4 Regulatory Services Officer to join the Regulatory Oversight Division. In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted with representing the industry-specific concerns of the Commonwealth, states, and territories, as well as the Australian public.

**Your new role**
- Provide quality advice to support the development of standards, processes, and policies regarding regulatory services.
- Provide administrative support to Inspectorate and Certificate management teams ensuring procedures and processes are current and in line with the regulations.
- Provide consistent advice to industry in accordance with legislation and procedures.
- Collate and maintain accurate data for regulatory services reporting
- Work collaboratively with the assurance team to ensure consistency and high-quality outcomes
- Foster an environment of continuous improvement and proactively engages stakeholders with effective and considered communication, working collaboratively to deliver regulatory services.

- Demonstrated experience performing administrative support activities in a technical office environment
- Demonstrated high level of stakeholder management skills, including excellent (oral and written) communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in the use of web/data-based business systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience researching matters, interpreting, and understanding complex regulations and legislation
