Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to attract and engage top talent.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Developing and managing the end-to-end attraction and engagement process using online recruitment tools to proactively source and engage candidates;
Researching and understanding employment market trends to adapt talent approaches and ensure the service meets stakeholders' resourcing needs;
Measuring and reporting on Talent Acquisition programs and strategies;
Contributing to continual improvement in the review, design, and implementation of process and policy in relation to Talent Sourcing and Acquisition;
Establishing effective working relationships with internal stakeholders;
Providing specialist advice regarding attraction and engagement strategies and candidate management;
