About this role

Modis is looking for an experienced Training Lead who will be responsible for developing a holistic training strategy, approach, development of training material in a variety of formats and delivery of training. You will work closely with the Change Manager and stakeholders to ensure deployment of change management plans and messages are aligned with the training strategy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop project-specific training strategy, including training needs analysis
- Design and implement business process training programs, user guides, materials and communications to meet the training needs of users.
- Deliver training programs in a variety of formats (e.g. presentations, on-line, one-to-one, group) to meet identified training needs for a variety of stakeholder groups
- Measure and assess training success and continually improve the project iterations.
- Maintain user training records
- Ensure that user support areas are appropriately trained to manage enquiries post delivery
- Evaluate and provide information on the quality and relevance of services by seeking feedback from users for the purposes of continual improvement in service delivery.
- Undertake other activities which the incumbent might reasonably be expected to do, and which are consistent with the accountabilities and responsibilities as listed above.

About you
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver accurate, clear, concise and engaging training. Experience in preparing training strategies
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with the ability to adjust communication style to meet varying needs and to prepare accurate, clear and concise documentation.
- Experience in designing engaging and customised end user learning material that uses a blended learning approach that is holistic across skill, technology and behaviour improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of tasks with competing priorities in an organised manner and within strict timelines.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and effectively as a team member.
- Demonstrated ability to trouble-shoot and problem-solve.
