Our award-winning portfolio includes fresh dairy products across the ready-to-drink (RTD) coffee and fresh milk categories nationally, that can equally be found on a commercial scale in the convenience of local supermarkets, at high end cafes or in the home.

**Who are you? You know how to**:

- maintain strong, strategic and key relationships.
- proactively identify, generate and qualify leads.
- collaborate with end users, key stakeholders, external partners, and internal sales and marketing team members to deliver sales opportunities.
- grow, manage and maintain a CRM database.
- get the most out of a territory and develop, execute and deliver to a sales/territory plan.
- accurately record and report on sales activities and outcomes.
- professionally represent the company day to day as well as at various promotional and networking events if and when required.

**What are we looking for?**
- minimum FMCG sales experience of 3+ years with a proven track record of success
- proven sales history and success in growing and sourcing new business
- experience managing your own assigned sales territory
- a natural ability to network, build rapport, grow and maintain relationships (internally and externally)
- highly motivated, autonomous and goal orientated
- exceptional presentation and communication skills
- excellent organisation, planning and administrative skills
- a sound understanding of the route/FMCG sector would be advantageous
