What You'll Need:

  • White Card (General Construction Induction).
  • TCR (Traffic Controller) & IMP (Implement Traffic Control Plans).
  • PWZ (Prepare Work Zone Traffic Management Plan) – Team Leaders only.
  • Operate TMA ticket & MR/HR licence – TMA Drivers only.
  • Current Australian driver's licence & flexibility with shifts.
  • Proven experience as a Traffic Controller.

Highly Regarded:

  • Strong work ethic and teamwork skills.
  • Clear, polite communication.
  • Initiative and willingness to learn.
  • Fit test, gum boots, and cap lamp (Tunnel roles).
