Retro Traffic has just been named Traffic Management Company of the Year – and we're only getting started With major project wins and exciting growth ahead, we're looking for skilled and motivated Traffic Controllers, Team Leaders, TMA Drivers, and Tunnel Traffic Controllers to join our Sydney team.

What You'll Need:

  • White Card (General Construction Induction).
  • TCR (Traffic Controller) & IMP (Implement Traffic Control Plans).
  • PWZ (Prepare Work Zone Traffic Management Plan) – Team Leaders only.
  • Operate TMA ticket & MR/HR licence – TMA Drivers only.
  • Current Australian driver's licence & flexibility with shifts.
  • Proven experience as a Traffic Controller.

Highly Regarded:

  • Strong work ethic and teamwork skills.
  • Clear, polite communication.
  • Initiative and willingness to learn.
  • Fit test, gum boots, and cap lamp (Tunnel roles).
