The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and directing operations within the Piping team, ensuring compliance with specifications, schedules, and budgets.

Major Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Provide leadership for safety, accident, and fire prevention on the project, including safety orientation, preparation of safety procedures, and leading Bechtel and subcontractor safety meetings.
  • Project Coordination: Ensure the most current design document is used to complete the work and that all design changes are approved prior to implementation.
  • Contractor Management: Monitor the activities of subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications and schedules.
  • Communication: Interface with Labor/Industrial Relations for craft recruitment and training programs.
  • Corporate Policies: Responsible for implementing corporate project policies, procedures, and instructions within assigned piping operations.
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Strong supervision experience, including the ability to lead and manage change, is desirable.
  • 8-10 years' experience in similar role within the Heavy Industrial Field.
